Gregor Hildebrandt is best known for his installations made with analogue data mediums. He uses pieces of tapes, vinyls or video tapes to create objects that are deprived from their original content and give space for new meanings. On the occasion of the Zürich Art Weekends Hildebrandt pursues his fascination for shiny and sleek surfaces and transforms the Sommer Salon into a completely white bar. It will be both a place for encounters and a stage for other works by the artist.
