A collaboration between the Universitätspital Zurich, ETH Zurich, Kunsthalle Zurich and Zurich Art Weekend hosted by Luma Foundation.
Initiated in 2018 as the Art & Science talks, the Zurich Art Weekend Talks seek to generate unconventional exchanges between creative thinkers active at the highest level of excellence in their respective fields, whether the arts, science, music, politics or public life. Once a year, we set up “out of the box” discussions, shared perspectives, and lively debates between our guest speakers, under the lead of a moderator.
As producers of knowledge, artists, musicians, scientists and politicians not only help us to understand the outer world (and perceive the inner one), but also shape our future through their activities and production. We hope that the kaleidoscopic clash of ideas and meeting of minds of our guest speakers will not only allow perspectives to be shared, but also seed new concepts and friendships, both on-stage and off.
